Dispatch

We dispatch our goods within one working day and exclusively via our logistics partner for 5 Euro including VAT per delivery.

Reservation

Konami reserves the right to supply goods of an equal-value quality and performance or not to supply the goods in the event of non-availability.

Order

Your order constitutes a binding application (§145 BGB (German Civil Code)) to us for conclusion of a contract of purchase. Through your order, you issue a binding declaration that you wish to acquire the product or products ordered from us. As soon as you have placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging receipt of your order and indicating details of its content, i.e. confirming which products you wish to acquire from us in which quantities and at which price, and which delivery and dispatch costs you will incur as a result. Through this e-mail, we accept your application, with the result that a contract of purchase shall come into force between us upon receipt by you of this e-mail. Nevertheless, we are at liberty to accept or reject your application. Accordingly, no contract of purchase shall come into force concerning products –including from one and the same order - which are not stated in our e-mail.

Revocation

The customer is entitled to revoke his declared intent to conclude a contract of purchase within two weeks of receipt of the product. The revocation must not state reasons and must be addressed to us in text form, e.g. by letter, facsimile or e-mail, or through return of the product. On-time dispatch shall suffice for adherence to the deadline.

Items suitable for dispatch by parcel must be returned at the expense and for the risk of Konami. Items not suitable for dispatch by parcel will be collected from the consumer.
The consumer shall bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed EUR 40.00, or if, in the event of the price of the item being higher at the time of the revocation, the consumer has not yet provided the counter-performance or made a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return shall be free of charge for the consumer. The consumer must provide compensation for loss of value for any deterioration resulting from use of the product for the intended purpose and in the correct manner. This shall not apply if the deterioration is exclusively attributable to checking of the goods as would normally be possible in a shop outlet. Apart from this, the consumer can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for loss of value if he does not use the items as an owner and refrains from all actions that impair its value. No right of revocation shall apply for audio or video recordings (e.g. CD’s, video cassettes, DVD’s) or software whose seal has been broken by the customer.

Warranty terms

In the event of a defect to the item purchased, you can demand subsequent fulfilment (removal of the defect or replacement delivery) by us. If the subsequent fulfilment fails, you can withdraw from the contract with us in cases of defects that are not immaterial.
